I thought the clip looked good so I placed an order. 5 routines, each ranging from 20 to 30 minutes for feet/calves, thighs/legs, hips, chest and neck/face. I love how it says "stretching is the new yoga". I wanted to share with those that enjoy stretching! :) Denise |
