Tracy Anderson Omnicentric??

Does anyone know what the Omnicentric rotation calendar is like? Is the cardio high impact?

The rotations for all Meta centric programs are the same: 6 days on of MS & dance cardio w/ 1 day off. Each centric consists of 9 resistance (muscular structure) workouts that are used 10 times each before moving onto the next workout/level (so it's really a bit longer than a 90 day rotation), and just one dance cardio workout which is mostly high impact (jumps, hop, leap, jack variations w/ different arm patterns). Many VFers modify the dance cardio by performing it on a rebounder (mini-trampoline).

I do the Meta Cardio on a rebounder and can do most of the moves on it. There is a little lag time because of the bounce on my rebounder, so I'm slightly just behind her in the moves, but to me the low impact makes it so much more enjoyable!

So you do the cardio & the strength every day?

Yes, both workouts are roughly 28-32 min. long, so they require about an hour- a-day commitment. You can split up the workouts (do one in am & pm), if that works better for your schedule.
