Be Fit in 90 program youtube program

Sorry if this is double posted, but there is a free 90 day power 90'ish x inspired youtube program I just found while browsing youtube-Be fit 90. It's hosted by the woman in the herbalife videos I have (Smantha I think) and someone else. I'm still previewing the workouts, the seem intermediate/advance and look pretty good:

I think I recall seeing this in the past. I don't have wireless Internet and where the computer is set up, does not work well to follow along with you tube workouts, but I would love to be able to transfer these to DVDs.

The one lady, Samatha is the same lady as in the Herbalife DVDs, but I think she is an English Track Person.

I just got done downloading all of the workout segments inorder to burn them to DVD. These look really good. I am in the process of making a rotation calendar for each of the 90 days.

Wendy

What did you use for downloading and burning on DVD?

I use Fire Fox so I have downloaded the free "Download Helper" and I am using Real Player to burn them to dvd.

Where do I find that in Firefox?

Do a search under the add-ons for "Video DownloadHelper". Should come right up.

Rose,
I posted a very short review in another thread.
I also did a rotation calendar: If you are interested I can post it here or send to you per email.

It is a good program (at least in the beginning) but not really my style :o I gave up in the first month to go back to rebounding and barre :)

But it would be nice to hear another opinion about it.

PS @Gibbee: I didn't have to burn it on a DVD since my TV can play video files from an USB stick. You could check your TV for an USB port and maybe give it a try?
