which Cathe has modified pull-ups?

I seem to remember doing a Cathe workout with band pull-ups and maybe broomstick across chairs pull-ups (maybe she was using the fit tower?). But now when I look through my workouts I can't find it. Do you remember which workout it is? Maybe I did a clip on-line? I don't know. If there is a clip on-line of even someone else doing these I might like to do it. Gets boring doing it by my lonesome. Thanks in advance for the help.

I think STS does, but that might not be the only Cathe with them.

STS has inverted rows and pull-ups from the floor in phase 1, and maybe 2 but I can’t remember.

What finally helped me to be able to do full chin-ups was to get a pull-up bar in the doorway and do dead-hangs and assisted chins and pull-ups with a band, including ones with prolonged eccentric (lowering). That is about all I did for upper body for a few months except for planks, some dumbbell shoulder presses and push-ups. It was frustrating and very slow progress, but it worked. I mention it because I never seem/seemed to progress with the ones done from the floor.

If you search on YouTube for assisted pull-ups there a lot of helpful ones. Nia shanks, megsquats, probably lots of CrossFit people, too.

Thank you for the help.

The Fit Tower workouts have modified pull-ups using the fit tower. STS also has the participants doing several different versions of modified pull-ups, using bands and the tower

Maybe This?

Desie, maybe this is what you are remembering?

It's from STS – Meso #1 – Back and Triceps.

Hope this helps!
