Jessica Smith weekly workout schedule
Hi Everyone,
Jessica Smith used to post a weekly workout schedule - I am wondering if anyone kept any of those schedules (I'm sort of surprised I didn't, LOL!) If anyone kept any of those schedules, would you mind posting them? I really do miss Jessica's weekly workout schedules, they were great to follow if you weren't sure what you wanted to do that week and they were generally very well balanced. I know she had to stop posting them due to her other projects, but I would love to get my hands on some of those weekly schedules! Thanks in advance if you can help!! Donna |

I just checked my email, and I have quite a few of her posts still. I'll try to post a workout schedule each weekend if you'd like. HTH.

I have a big list of her schedules cut and pasted in text only and saved in gmail. Unfortunately I'm out of the country and can't access gmail. I'll be back in mid-Sept and post here if someone hasn't done so already.

Sherry - I do wonder if Jessica has an archive somewhere? Maybe I can e-mail and ask her? Lithium - thanks so much! Bubble - yes, for awhile, when Jessica first started her channel she would post a weekly workout schedule. I just loved it. I wish I saved those e-mails. She has moved away from it - I assume b/c it is too time consuming to do w/ her other projects. Carol - thanks, the generic template will help! Donna |
