Keith Weber- Kettlebell workout
 

Hey there,
I just happened to come across this guy's name on a forum yesterday and checked him out. I purchased his first Extreme Kettlebell Cardio workout but have not done it yet. Anyone out there ever do his workouts?

Well now I can't wait to do this workout! I see a couple of more purchases in my future :D I've watched a few of his YouTube videos and he looks like a surfer dude!

He is a physiotherapist and incorporates how the body moves into his kettlebell flows. Some of his DVDs are broken into 10 min workouts which work really good as finishers to other workouts or just string several together. I think they’re all filmed on beaches so the scenery is nice too.

Keith is awesome! And HARD! And he's also very good looking! If you want a really challenging Kbell workout, his are superb. And he's also very good looking. LOL..

LOL, yes he is very cute, like I said, he looks like a surfer dude! especially on the beach :D

I ordered the first workout download. Are the other two harder? Do I need them? Of course I do... I'm a vidiot!

Just fyi, 2 files have the wrong extension. It should be .m4v, but they are .html. Change the extension, and you are good!
