Seasonal Rotation from Ravi and Ana

Spring and Fall require that we recalibrate our glandular system to adjust to the new season. We suggest Fat Free Yoga and Happy Hormones. Summer requires liver work because when our liver is overtaxed we get overheated very easily. We suggest Yoga Cleanse. Winter requires our inner fire to be strong to compensate for the outer cold.
