Pilates Triad Ball-Does it make a difference?
I've been looking through Ton and Michael's website for continuing education for pilates and I find that I'm interested in picking up their Triad Ball workouts again. For those of you that have the triad ball, does the ball's size/texture make a difference in the workout compared to other balls (e.g. Fluidity or sticky ball from 10 MS set)? RedPanda, I know you have this ball--and if you don't, I'm probably enabling! LOL

Hey Natural we've been wondering how you are doing!
I've had the TRIAD ball for several years now and what I like about it is the durability. A long time ago I'd purchased an overball to accompany Leslee Bender's original Mini-Ball Pilates workout. That one got all misshapen and bubbly for lack of a better word over time. Sorry to say I use the actual TRIAD ball with other videos much more than I use the TRIAD videos. :( Just so long! |

Just as well, because the only international shipping option for one DVD is "$114.25 UPS Worldwide Expedited". That's the most expensive shipping quote I've ever seen, and I've seen a few. |

What makes this ball different from say, the pink mini-ball that comes with 10MS Quick Sculpt Pilates? |
