Has anyone tried the Bender Ball workouts?
 

I'm on the lookout for workouts that stretch and strengthen the back -- and the Bender workouts claim to do this. Has anyone tried these? TIA!

I haven't tried the Bender ball series yet but did acquire the Triad Ball set. Here is a thread discussing both.

If you search for Bender Ball or Winsor dynamic sculping ball you'll come up with more discussions on these types of workouts. I have the original Bender Mini-Ball workout and it is rather tough, or at least it was back then for me. The Triad Level I I've tried is on the gentler side but has enormous benefit for my spine. I'm planning to acquire the Benders and Mari's ball videos in time.
