Today was GI Jayne Kickboxing ( don’t ask - a very strange workout), and the Cardio section from Amy Dixon’s Give Me 10. Yesterday was groceries as anticipated, but I made up for it today! I walked the dogs for an hour, then I did a 20 minute Peloton country ride - fun! Then I followed that up with Lite PHA 2 (1A, 2A, 2B Premix). Whew! I had the time and didn’t want to waste it! Maureen - Thinking of you! Waves and hugs to all! |
