Bita- Orange Theory sounds interesting. Is it easier than CrossFit or just different? I did Mike Donavanik’s Extreme Burn workout #1. This dvd is good. Weights and cardio segments. The Cardio was not too high impact for the most part. It reminded me of an advanced Jillian or some Cathe boot camps. And, no grunting/ panting on this! More rehearsed than his Sweat Factor w/os I guess. ( also, he is younger here- lol). I am eager to try his other dvds as well. Have a great night! Lori |

I didn't post my Tuesday workout. I did IMax 4 Premix - 1st half of the workout and then Abs #2. Tough, but fun! Yesterday, I traveled for work, so I didn't get in a workout. My goal was to get up this morning to exercise, but I didn't as I didn't sleep well. Ugh. :mad: Have a great day!! |

Today was Kelly’s Stepboxing 2 #1. This is new for me. I found it too repetitive. So, I’ll check out the rest of the dvd before I judge it too harshly. I think Cathe has spoiled me for most other workouts :eek: Have a great night! Lori |
