100 Years of Exercise

Has this been posted yet? Allure magazine posted a video showing examples of exercise through the last century. It’s fun seeing what the “cool” kids used to do for exercise!

It is entertaining! Some major misses since even the non-exercising crowd know about them: Jack Lalane, Jane Fonda, Running Explosion, Step. On that aerobic dance and exercise clothing of the 80s: That was 1976 in my High School PE class.
