I just saw her video teaser on Facebook. Doesn't give any clues as to what it will be like, though.

I'm always excited to get new KCM workouts. I'm a big fan.

Marki so far all I've seen is a very brief promo, nothing with the exercises yet. Just the name and a photo of Kelly with music.
