Vibration Plate
Does anyone have one? If yes, have you seen any benefits? Looking at it for toning and cellulite reduction.

All I know is that a podcaster I listen to (Gin Stephens) loves hers and is on at least her second model. She says she is someone who doesn't like to exercise but can be consistent with the vibration plate (and hula hooping). Personally I think I would get really bored with a vibration plate but of course different strokes for different folks.

Since the search feature is kinda wonky here, I thought I'd share links to some older discussions:

I have one. It's a LifePro model and I ordered it from Amazon. I use it but not every day and only for 10 minutes, it's an add-on to my workouts. I can't speak to the claims that are made about the device because other than my body really feeling good when I am consistent with the device. When I don't use it, I miss it. :) I have tried upper body work with bands and abs. Oh, boy! I felt it the next day. When I purchased it, I wasn't looking for it to replace my workouts. I love them too much. :)
