Super Body Sculpt with Stephanie Huckabee
Jiggle Free Buns - Pam Meriwether
Supercharged Sculpting - Pam Meriwether
Hips Thighs & Abs - Pam Meriwether
Maximum Body Sculpting - Tracie Long

Pam's are 30 min or less, Steph's is chaptered into 15 min segments, and Tracie's is 45 min.

Margaret Richard’s Unplugged or Good & Strong workouts. They have no dread factor and I don’t have to move much. It’s easy to mentally veg out. Lol.

Cathe has a timesaver premix on Pyramid Pump that is one set of each exercise. It's only 25 minutes.

Kelly Coffey-Meyer has a 29 minute premix of one set of each exercise on Muscle Up.

WWE Power Series with Triple H - Especially the Upper Body 1 workout. When I don't feel like doing anything but need to do SOMETHING, this is my perfect short upper body workout. It's about 16-17 minutes long, I think, and it goes by so quickly.

Lauren Brooks - Shut Up and Train All the workouts in this set are under 20 minutes, they go by quickly, and I feel worked out after. I like this one a lot because it gives me NO EXCUSE not to workout. I can at least do a 13 or 14 minute workout.

Butt Bible Really good for isolating upper vs. lower body since they are in separate workouts, and there is an option to do 20, 30 or 40 minutes for each.

I'm always in the mood, and my current go-to strength workout is Cathe Perfect 30 Upper Body. I don't do "strength" workouts for lower body because of my knees.

Another vote for Cathe's Perfect 30 strength workouts - I find they are efficient and not too over the top.
