What I Love about Lee Holden's Qi Gong

and that I wish ALL fitness instructors would do:

1. When you buy a DVD, you get a code that you can redeem. Once you redeem that code, you can access your workout/DVD anywhere and anytime.
I don't need to travel with DVDs.
I don't need to worry about losing them in a hurricane or fire.
I wish that ALL fitness instructors would do this. Yes, I know that many offer streaming, but why pay for something twice? I have what feels like a gazillion CS and Essentrics DVDs. I've often considered their streaming services, but then I think, "Why? Why should I have to pay once again, and, on top of that, pay every. single. month?" I would love to stream Ballet Beautiful someday, but that one's super-costly. We're on such a budget right now, due to covid. We haven't had any income in almost a year.

2. He's wonderful about not mixing up left and right. He does our mirror image. One of my pet peeves is when instructors say "right" and it's our left. It gets confusing for me anyway. Again, I wish that all instructors would do that!

Anita, yes, he is.
I'm making a concerted effort to do his workouts more regularly. I feel a huge difference when I do his workouts consistently. I love how my shoulders and pecs open up. I love how it makes me feel overall. Oh, and I also love CS!

I agree with you Anita. I also like that Lee gives you the option of a short or a long practice. He is also so centering and calming. I just bought three more of his DVDs during the recent sale. I have a lot of Lee, but he's my go to for Qi gong. His practices are so accessible and easy to follow.

We also practice Lee Holden's Qi Gong too. :) In this thread (http://forum.videofitness.com/showth...ghlight=holden) , Pat was talking about

Metal, days 1-6
Water, days 7-12
Wood, days 13-18
Fire, days 19-24
Earth, days 25-30

And I wanted to find out more about that. Is she talking about Lee Holden's 30 day challenge? I just could not find that info (broken down to elements) anywhere.

Ohh, I got it. Thanks. :) I wonder which online course she was talking about? Do you know?
