Suzanne Bowen - WeightWatchers 4-week targeted workout plan

I purchase all of the WeightWatchers kits and have enjoyed most of them. Pat58 recently mentioned a new kit with Suzanne Bowen. I purchased it last night. I quickly previewed all of the 7 segments last night and this one is definitely a winner! I did the upper body sculpt today and my arms were fried using just 1 pound weights. In my opinion this DVD contains the best of Suzanne Bowen. Like all of the WeightWatchers' DVDs it includes beginner, intermediate and advanced options.

The run time of the DVD is 78 minutes; each segment is approx. 11 minutes and contains the warmup. Now for the bad news - the so called "kit" was $24.95 and contained no gadgets at all. It contains a "poster" for lack of a better word and a marking pen. I haven't taken the tape off the poster - I assume it contains the 4 week plan.

I hate to spend that much on a DVD; but I do feel it will end up paying for itself in a short time. I've exercised very little this year due to working a lot and not feeling great. I'm planning on doing one of Leslie Sansone's Walkblaster workouts along with one segment from the WeightWatchers a day until I build up my endurance again.

I bought this one yesterday and did a couple of the segments last night. I thought it was very good, and I think I'll get a lot of use out of it. Inside the poster/calendar is a sheet with three different rotations - beginner, intermediate & advanced (in teeny tiny print).

Where would one buy this?

I think, for now, you can only find it at a Weight Watchers meeting center. That's where I bought mine.

I knew she filmed this because of her FB group. I am not a WW member so will have to hope it comes to retail at some point. Thanks for the information.

This DVD is programmable as well, much like the 10 Minute Solutions DVDs. You just select the segments you want to do, and it plays them in the order you select them.

I'm not a member either. I just walk into their store either before or after their meeting. They are always happy to take my money.

Thanks Carol, I think I will open mine. I wasn't sure I was going to keep it because of the price, but it will be worth it.

I like this feature, I think this one will be my favorite DVD from all of their kits.

Is this new material or older? It's not on her website...
