Video quality is awful. Starts with
a little moderate aerobics. The bun exercises are
actually more challenging than those in the better
quality Quick Toning Buns of Steel. I like Webb. She's
low-key and has a body that actually looks attainable
(except for the butt which can't possibly be real) and
this is a good workout.
