Walk Away The Pounds - Morning Mile Plus Abs

Leslie teaches the mile with six of her walk leaders including Carol and Mary Kay. The set is blue with columns and the ladies all wear black and blue.

The music is very brisk and you have the option of using the Walk Away weights during a portion of the walk. Four ladies do the walk with no weights.

The second part of the video has Leslie teaching solo. Ten minutes of ab exercises - trunk curls with legs raised and on the ground, reverse trunk curls, combination of both, and then some oblique work.

The entire workout runs about 30 minutes.

Instructor comments: Leslie is very perky and chatty - she makes several references to "having a good morning" and tells us that morning exercisers are the most consistent with workouts.
