Ramping Up

Gin Miller

This ramp workout is a little longer than some of the others. It starts with a 10-minute warm up of basic ramping moves, then moves on to a 35-minute workout and a 5-minute cool down. The set is the same as Gin's other ramp workouts. Gin leads a class of 5 exercisers - 4 women and 1 man. Everyone is dressed in some combo of blue and black. This workout is very similar to the other ramp workouts, except that it is a little longer and toward the end of the workout, Gin does throw in some high impact. I don't think there's enough high impact, though, to consider this workout any more intense than her other ramp workouts. If you already like Gin and ramping, you will probably like this one, also. If you don't care for ramping, there is nothing new in this one to change your mind.

Instructor comments: Friendly and cues well. Gin demonstrates each step before having the viewer join in.
