Kira Langolf
This has the same setting as her Butt Blaster workout. This is Kira's toning, cardio, strength workout all in one. Three levels are shown (prenatal, beg/int. and advanced) Kira will use the weights in a faster pace to keep the heart rate elevated, thus making it the three in one. Kira is alone for the ab work. Total length is 57 minutes.
Bonus: 10 Minute Express Tone, a quick full body weighted workout with Kira working alone (for your busy days). She'll use more compound movements in this fast sequence.
