Ultimate Video Workout
Not recommended at all - very outdated and full
of unsafe moves like bouncing stretches and swinging your
torso around from the waist. The copy I own has a
copyright date of 1984, but the repackaged copies that
are still on store shelves could have a later date
stamped on them. If I were Kathy, I'd try to get this
yanked off the market. Stick with her newer videos, like
"Fat Burning Workout" or later.
