The video is definitely for beginners, and I use it if I have had a hard workout earlier in the day and need to relax. This video consists of standing stretches and minor floor work, but it is always in good form. What is most surprising for me to see is that she (smith) takes the time to show ways to do the exercise and reinforces the need to be gentle on the body. You need a towel, blankets and a strap, and a lot of floor space.
