Reebok Legs tape, and she queues well in this video. I
have only done one of her other videos, the Kathy Kaehler
Fitness System, and I hated the first part of it.

Her direction is very clear and easy to follow plus, she
stresses the need for proper form. What I like the best
She really makes me feel like I can do the exercises or
at least make my best effort. In this video I find her
instruction very clear and easy to follow.
