ESPN Fitness Pros - Circuit Workout

This is a circuit workout, where you do a few minutes of aerobics and then a few minutes of toning with dumbbells or bands (your choice). It's short, about 30 minutes. The music is good and the personalities of all the instructors are good. This is more of a beginner/intermediate workout. I think it would be fun for exercisers at those levels, but for advanced people, it's boring.
