Great warmup and stretch to excellent music. High impact and low impact. Front kicks, side kicks, jumping jack with roundhouse kick and speedbag with 2 arms and then also 1 arm. Time just flies by it's so much fun. the cool down doesn't have a stretch. It's Tai Chi. One of the songs is "Ain't no stopping Us Now","That’s All We Need", "You’re the One For Me", "Who Do You Love", and "Kiss Me".

Instructor comments: Very motivating and with each video he gets more relaxed in front of the camera. You feel as if you are right there working out with the Tae Bo crew.
